The minimum value of an invoice for delivery to a recipient/POS is BGN 75.
All prices are in BGN without VAT.
Delivery of goods to a predetermined destination is carried out according to a strict schedule for reception and delivery, set by bERS, within Sofia and the rest of the country.
Geographical scope: Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Varna, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, as well as the cities adjacent to these regions within a radius of 70 km.
When collecting and reporting cash from recipients/POS, an additional 1% of the invoice value is charged, but not less than BGN 1.
In case of damage, loss or theft, bERS is liable up to the amount of the price of the service. In case you want bERS to be materially responsible for the full value of the delivery invoice to the recipient/POS, bERS must be able to check the contents of the shipment (or bERS has prepared the order) and an additional fee of 0.26% of the value is charged of delivery invoice to recipient/POS.
Packages for preparation of orders are paid extra or provided by you.
In case of refusal of the recipient/POS to accept the goods/shipment or the recipient/POS returns the goods, a return fee is charged in the amount of 70% of the charged value of the service for preparation of order and delivery.
Storage is charged for each day after the day of receipt, if the goods remain in the distribution center/warehouse/hub.
Price for commercial administration: 3% of the value of the invoice for delivery to the recipient/POS; issuing an invoice on behalf of bERS for each individual sale/delivery to the recipient/POS; bERS does not represent the company and is not responsible for uncollected/bad receivables.
